**JOB PURPOSE**
- Support the Senior Corporate Planner in the investor relations (IR) function, including planning and conducting quarterly and ad-hoc analyst/investor briefings and meetings; managing and coordinating the preparation of the company’s annual report and other IR disclosures, presentations and reports; planning and maintaining communications with equity analysts and minority shareholders.
- Business partner role for assigned Business Units (BUs), Service Units (SUs) and/or subsidiaries, which includes business planning, performance review, project risk assessments, enterprise risk management, assessment of business growth opportunities, project feasibility review and implementation planning, investor relations and industry and market analysis.
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**Investor Relations**
- Support the Senior Corporate Planner in the investor relations (IR) function to become the proactive source of clear and consistent communication on the Group’s strategy and performance to the investment community, so as to promote a greater understanding of the company’s business and to project a positive image of its governance and transparency.
- Plan and conduct quarterly and ad-hoc analyst/investor briefings and meetings to relay relevant and timely updates on key industry developments and corporate achievements.
- Plan and maintain communications with equity analysts and minority shareholders, through ongoing engagements and via organising or participating in IR programs, activities and events.
- Monitor and assist to provide insights to management on market activity, analyst opinions and investor trends.
- Manage the activities with regards to the provision of information pertaining to the Assigned Units to support the investor relations (IR) function of the Group, such as for quarterly analyst briefings, the annual report and annual general meeting.
- Manage and assist in the role as focal point for IR enquiries and information requests pertaining to the Assigned Units.
**Business Planning**
- Plan and manage the collaboration with the Assigned Units on the formulation of their short, medium and long-term strategy and annual business plans.
- Review the reasonableness of the Assigned Units’ business plans and associated risk mitigation plans to balance the risk and reward; and help ensure the alignment of their business strategies and plans with the Group’s corporate agenda.
- Actively participate and contribute in the areas of idea generation and exploration of potential valuecreating strategies and initiatives for the Assigned Units and the Group.
- Manage and assist in the role as focal point for business planning matters pertaining to the Assigned Units.
**Performance Review**
- Review the formulation of the BSCs of the Assigned Units and help ensure alignment between the BSCs of the various units and the Group.
- Manage the tracking and review of the achievement of strategic initiatives and operational performance against targets set for the BSC of the Assigned Units on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Manage the provision of regular and ad-hoc information relating to the Assigned Units, including for the Portfolio of Investments and Opportunities (PIO) and Company monthly updates.
- Manage and assist in the role as focal point for performance management matters pertaining to the Assigned Units.
**Project Risk Assessment (PRA)**
- Support the Senior Corporate Planner to conduct review of PRAs for the Assigned Units to help ensure that PRA processes are implemented in accordance with established standards and procedures to safeguard shareholders’ investment and the Group’s assets.
- Advise and support project leads or sponsors during PRA process on the project risk register, ratings and issues including proposing workable mitigations/solutions to balance the risk and reward.
**Enterprise Risk Management**
- Manage the annual review of the risk register for the Assigned Units to help ensure that the relevant and key risks are being monitored and that appropriate thresholds are set.
- Manage the quarterly review of risk scorecards to help ensure comprehensive tracking, mitigation and reporting of risks.
- Manage the collaboration with the ERM team in the implementation/review of risk initiatives for the Assigned Units.
- Manage and assist in the role as focal point for risk matters relating to the Assigned Units.
- Support the Senior Corporate Planner in monitoring the signposts of the assigned emerging trends.
**Assessment of Business Growth Opportunities**
- Support the Senior Corporate Planner in the collaboration with Projects & Business Improvement (PBI) team and/or the Assigned Units on the assessment of business growth opportunities for the Assigned Units to support the Group’s business objectives.
**Industry and Market Analysis**
- Develop and maintain industry and market knowledge in order to perform the role of Business Partner and support the Assigned Unit
