**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Assemble and install machinery and equipment according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Ensure that machinery is installed correctly and operates smoothly.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in machinery and equipment.
- Replace defective parts and ensure machinery operates at optimal performance.
- Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential issues or malfunctions.
- Test machinery and equipment after installation or repair to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Perform various types of welding on machinery and equipment as required.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members or departments as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical fitting or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certification in welding and mechanical fitting is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
- Experience with various types of machinery and mechanical systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise welding tasks.
- Shift work and overtime may be required depending on job demands.
- Able to be on call during rest day or after office hours and can work long hours (high commitment needed)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
