**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Operational Efficiency**:

- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and recommendations for operational enhancements.
- Manage relationships with clients and customers (e.g. prompt problem resolution, report submissions, solicit business expansion opportunities, etc.)
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly requirements by client/customer accounts. Monitor promotional activities, new innovations, out-of-stocks and forward share
- Monitor competitors' activities, potential tenders and update clients. Communicate information to field team
- Lead the entire operations team towards excellency by managing daily operations smoothly
- To coordinate and monitor daily operations of the entire Operations Department and solve any issues arising at work site promptly.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Provide effective leadership to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide mentorship to team members.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance the skills of the operations team.
- Drive a delivery-focused organization

**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks in operations and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and assess compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions as necessary.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Work with MD to plan, implement and execute operations activities which is aligned to overall strategy of company goals.
- Lead and drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements.
- Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.

**Requirements for Operations Manager**:

- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of experience in operations management and 1.2 years in managerial positions from similar industry
- Knowledge of MS Office and Possess analytical mind/troubleshooting skill and positive attitude.
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure
- Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner
- Good presentation Skills

- Salary range 5,000.00 - 6,000.00 per month
- Working days : 5 days a week
