Responsible for daily operations of e-commerce store including order processing and fulfilment.
- Coordinating courier shipping and order follow ups.
- Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries.
- Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times.
- Assist in day to day management of PPC campaigns, SEO strategy, implementation & monitoring.
- Coordinate all website activity with internal 3rd party partners.
- Analyse e-commerce data of our brand website and implement a measure that promotes and improve the presence of the web.
- To monitor, implement and execute the active presence on all social media platform to maximize the online exposure of the brand, with the goal of increasing fans/followers/subscribers
- Conduct market research in order to discover new trends and technologies to improve the online channels performances.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- An E-commerce Marketing Executive with a background in Sales/Digital Sales, Facebook Marketing or Business.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- Understand and experience in Social Media tools and online platform.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to be multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet tight deadlines in e-commerce retail fast business.
- Able to work in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
