**E-Commerce Operations & Strategy**:Plan, execute, and manage daily e-commerce activities across website, marketplaces, and digital platforms in line with company goals.
- **Marketing & Conversion Optimization**:Collaborate on digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, ads, EDMs), optimize online funnels, and improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Use tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs, analyze performance, and generate insights for business decisions and improvements.
- **Content & Catalog Management**:Ensure accurate product listings with appealing content and visuals across all e-commerce platforms.
- **Customer Experience & Support**:Oversee online customer service touchpoints, ensuring timely responses and implementing improvements based on feedback.
- **Project & Vendor Coordination**:Manage e-commerce projects and liaise with third-party vendors to deliver updates, campaigns, and tech integrations effectively.

**Key Competencies & Requirements**:

- **Business Acumen**: Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, revenue models, and customer value drivers.
- **Analytical Thinking**:Proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-informed decisions.
- **Project & Vendor Management**: Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with external partners.
- Excellent **communication** and **organizational skills**.
- **Experience** with **e-commerce platform**s (e.g., Shopify, EasyStore, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok)

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
