Laboratory Technician

**Civil Engineering / Construction Materials Testing - Laboratory Technician**

**Working Hours**:9.00 a.m to 5:00 p.m (Monday - Friday) / 9:00 a.m - 12:30 p.m

**Locations**:Semenyih

**Job Descriptions**:
1. Shall report to the Technical Manager or Leader.
2. Familiar with MS ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 requirements (is an advantage), test procedures, and equipment handling.
3. Conduct both lab (concrete, steel, etc) and field tests (FDT, MP, In-situ CBR, UPV, etc) safely, timely, and accurately following correct procedures and client-specific proposals.

4. Adhere to good professional practice and safety at all times, responsible for maintaining good housekeeping and safety practices in the testing laboratory.
5. Responsible to perform all other duties as assigned.

**Minimum qualification**: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or it's equivalent;
experience in CIVIL lab testing is an advantage; willing to travel for work purposes and work long hours for site testing; proactive; and able to work in a team.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
