**Job Description & Key Responsibilities**:
Lab Testing:

- Proactively perform a variety of laboratory tests and experiments.
- Ensure the accuracy, precision, and reliability of test results.
- Document test procedures, observations, and outcomes accurately.

Test Result Reporting, Storage and Security:

- Maintain organized records of test results, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to R&D engineer in a timely manner.
- Safeguard sensitive data and ensure its confidentiality and integrity.

Test Equipment Maintenance & Repair:

- Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions and assist in arranging for repairs.
- Maintain an inventory of lab supplies and ensure their availability.
- Arrange for third-party annual calibration and maintenance.

Lab Safety & Security Management:

- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report any hazards or violations.
- Collaborate with the safety engineer to develop and implement safety procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Advanded Diploma, bachelor’s degree in environmental science, technology, engineering, or a related field relevant to laboratory technology.
- Prior 1-2 years of laboratory or service technician experience is preferred. Recent graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and best practices.
- Proficiency in the use and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability principles may be valuable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously can be advantageous.
- Good customer service skills to provide clear explanations and build trust with customers can be advantageous.
- Proficient in computer skills and fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an additional advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
