The Business Development Manager must be able to engage with businesses in the Fashion or e-Commerce markets. They are responsible for developing comprehensive logistics solutions, including Courier Domestic, Air Freight, Warehousing & Fulfillment, and Trucking. Additionally, they play a key role in enhancing our capabilities in the Fashion and e-Commerce sectors.

Experience in Fashion industry and willing to work in this industry also will be considered.Utilize their connection and next work.

Team size: currently under this big team there is 1 expert for pharma, 1 expert for banking, who is able to provide end to end solution (trucking).

Hence client prefers someone who knows in and out of fashion industry, the clients, customers etc ,doesn’t require much training in this industry, training relating to logistic products will be provided.

Key Activities / Accountabilities

Market Development:

- Identify and target potential clients in the Fashion & Apparel and e-Commerce sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends and client needs.

Solution Development:

- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored logistics solutions for clients.
- Promote capabilities in end-to-end logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution services.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Achieve sales targets by closing new business deals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Industry Expertise:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the Fashion and e-Commerce sectors.

Collaboration and Reporting:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and market insights.

Budget authority: Work within defined cost and budgets

Working Conditions
- Working extended hours may be required
- Working 5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Qualification: Diploma or Degree holder in any fields

Experience: At least 5 (five) years’ related working experience

Technical Skills**:Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word**

- Working supportively as a team member and effectively as an individual
- Communicating effectively across functions and levels
- Punctuality and advanced multi-tasking
- Drive for results

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
