About the Role
We are expanding our digital and telecommunications infrastructure footprint across Malaysia and are seeking a Senior Executive – Business Development to join our team.
This role combines Business Development, Marketing, and Sales responsibilities — ideal for someone who is proactive, strategic, and eager to be part of large-scale TowerCo, Fiber, and Smart City initiatives.
You will work closely with our senior management team and contribute directly to the company's growth and expansion.

What You Will Do
Business Development
• Support BD strategies for TowerCo, Fiber, Smart City, and Infra projects.
• Identify new opportunities through market research and industry mapping.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial papers, and tender documents.
• Attend meetings, site visits, and engagements with telcos, councils, state agencies, and private developers.
• Maintain and update BD pipelines, trackers, and management reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of BD activities.
Marketing & Branding
• Assist in corporate branding, marketing campaigns, and content creation.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Communications team on company profiles, brochures, and digital materials.
• Support social media content planning (LinkedIn, website, campaigns).
• Support event preparation, exhibitions, and corporate functions.
Sales Support
• Assist in preparing quotations, commercial documents, and client follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with telcos and key stakeholders.
• Support negotiations and follow up on tenancy agreements and commercial deals.
• Monitor and track customer engagement, feedback, and satisfaction levels.

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in BD / Sales / Marketing (experience in telco, infra, or construction is an advantage).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital tools.
• Professional, confident, and a strong team player.
