Business Development Executive

(IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Boardroom Solutions)

Location: Bukit Jelutong, Selangor

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 + Attractive Commission + Allowance

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help expand our footprint across these growing technology markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT, cybersecurity, and boardroom/AV equipment solutions.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers across SME, corporate, and government sectors.
  • Prepare and support tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry demands.
  • Work closely with technical teams for solution alignment and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain a clear sales pipeline and track progress toward monthly KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in sales, IT, AV, or related fields (fresh grads in IT/engineering are welcome).
  • Knowledge or experience in IT networking, cybersecurity, or boardroom equipment (VC, AV systems) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Possess own transport & willingness to visit customers.
