Job Description


• Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Business Development Manager to achieve revenue goals


• Prepare sales proposals and quotations


• Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.


• Continually meet or exceed sales quotas


• Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitors, and customer needs.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.


• Support sales and marketing initiatives, including campaign coordination and reporting.


• Assist in planning and executing business strategies and targets.


• Provide administrative support including reports, documentation, and meeting coordination.


• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.

Requirement


• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma certificate


• Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia


• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position


• Required Skill (s): Microsoft Office & AutoCAD


• Sharp business acumen and strong relationship-building skills, motivated and performance-focused.


• Hunter mindset, with solid experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals


• Confident in business presentation with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage situations with diplomacy


• Ambitious and target-oriented, outgoing personality and persistent


• Close contact with the landscape industry as well as with developers


• Having own transport would be an advantage
