We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Associate to drive

our developer engagement efforts. You will play a crucial role in driving MHub's growth by acquiring

and managing relationships with property developers, agencies, and financial institutions. This role

is ideal for ambitious individuals with a strong interest in PropTech, sales, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential clients, including property developers, banks, and real

estate agencies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and

upselling opportunities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

Present and pitch MHub's solutions to clients, showcasing how our platform adds value to

their business.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to align

business strategies.

Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build MHub's presence in the

PropTech ecosystem.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with exposure to property, developer, or banking

background ; though strong candidates from other backgrounds are also encouraged to

apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for technology, real estate, and business development.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
