Job Responsibility
- Daily business report
- Inventory of fruits and soft drinks
- Inventory of alcoholic beverages after business hours
- Order (alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, fruits)
- Schedule and job allocation
- Review and explain precautions before business hours
- Regularly check the system for guest alcohol storage
- Performance allocation
- Manage the cleanliness of the production bar and ensure that the production bar area complies with all health and safety regulations
- Prepare employee work schedules (scheduling, approving employee leave)
- Daily inspection of the cleanliness of the production bar
- Supervise bar employees
- Bar employee training

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Entertainment Industry (Nightclubs, Bars)
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay
- Familiar with the daily operation process of the bar, purchase process, inventory and accounting process, wine deposit and withdrawal process, etc.
- Possess extensive knowledge about wine and beverages
