**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate 3- and 4-axis CNC milling machines.
- Program CNC machines using G-code and relevant CAM software (training provided if needed).
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce high-precision components.
- Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and basic maintenance.
- Ensure quality control through self-inspection and basic measuring instruments.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
