**CNC Programmer**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop CNC programs using CAM software based on CAD models, blueprints, or engineering drawings.
- Optimize CNC programs to improve cycle times, reduce tool wear, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Train machinists to set up CNC machines, include select appropriate cutting tools and configuring machine parameters.
- Run simulations of CNC programs to verify tool paths, ensure program accuracy, and troubleshoot potential issues.
- Ensure all parts meet specifications and tolerances through inspection and testing processes, including using calipers, micrometers, and CMM machines.
- Maintain detailed records of CNC programs, setups, tool paths, and process sheets for each part.
- Assist with troubleshooting machine issues, performing minor machine adjustments or recommending solutions for optimal performance.
- Work with engineers, production teams, and quality control personnel to ensure design intent is achieved and manufacturing standards are maintained.

**Requirement**
- Minimum work experience of 3 years running multi-axis CNC machines

Pay: RM2,812.33 - RM5,000.00 per month
