**Job Summary**

Responsible for the formulation and execution of the company's human resources initiatives & strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals. Provide executive support and oversee HR Operations including Employee Relations and Compliance, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Talent Management, Organization Development and Trainings.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**
- Lead HR strategies and shape company success with strategic leadership.
- Collaborate & engage with the executive management team to provide strategic HR advice and support critical decision-making.

**Organisational Development & Training**
- Lead organizational change, culture building, and leadership development initiatives to drive company growth and its implementation plan.
- Guide talent and career development, succession planning, and organization talent assessments
- Promote a culture continuous learning, skill & professional development throughout the Company.

**Employee Relation & Communication**
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required. Resolve complex employee relations and legal issues, ensuring organizational compliance.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication & employee engagement.

**HR Metric**
- Develop and monitor HR metrics, analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

**Team Management**
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members. Providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success.

**Risk Management**
- Manage HR-related risks and implement measures to mitigate potential issues.

**Policy & Compliance**
- Ensure effective implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards related to HR management

**Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)**
- Ensure adherence to the company's Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and procedures, including compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and SHE incidents (including near misses)

**Other**
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct superior or Directors of the Company.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree/Master in HRM or related field.
- Minimum 15 years in HR Management with at least 5 years in senior managerial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute HR initiatives that support business goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM25,000.00 per month
