**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and process Purchase Orders (PO) from customers
- Issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices accurately
- Input and update necessary data into the **SQL Accounting System**:
- Assist with general office administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments on order and delivery status
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales and accounting records
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
**Job Requirements**:
- SPM / Diploma (Prefer basic accounting background)
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting or invoicing process is preferred
- Familiar with **SQL Accounting System** is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
