**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Intern** to join our **Admin & Account team**. This internship will provide hands-on experience in administrative operations and basic accounting processes, preparing you for a future career in office management or accounting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general office administration and clerical tasks (e.g., filing, data entry, document handling).
- Manage and update company records and databases.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, appointments, and office events.
**Accounting Support**:
- Assist in data entry for invoices, payments, and receipts into the accounting system.
- Help prepare financial documents such as quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Support month-end closing processes (e.g., bank reconciliation, petty cash claims).
- Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
**Others**:
- Ensure proper documentation and filing for audit and compliance.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, or relevant departments as needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
- Good command of written and spoken English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
