Organize Production according to demand and quality standards.
- Responsible for developing master production schedule to meet daily customer demand and forecast given.
- To ensure products are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner, smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.
- Manage and coordinate production workflow for multiple products.
- Plan and prioritize operations and raw materials needed to cover production demand. To liaise with the material planner and purchaser to ensure all materials are aligned to the production schedule planned to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Arrange and assign workers and other staff to particular production operations. Schedule shift according to production needs. Expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Monitor jobs to ensure production operation will finish on time and within budget. Fast response and address issues when production operation not meeting plan.
- To track daily production progress and monitoring of production WIP movement versus planned schedule. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc).
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Collaborate and coordinates with quality control, warehouse, sales team and customer to resolve issues that may lead to potential delay of shipment.
- Keep filing and paperwork organized.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the company.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
