**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible of monitors and evaluates results of existing plans to ensure growth and profitability and makes adjustments as necessary.

Including but not limited to the following:

- Develop, maintain and improve existing MRP system. Constantly propose or suggest actions to minimize any flaws in existing planning workflow.
- Interacting with shop floor management on daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Operation, Customer Service, Supply Chain & QAQC team.
- Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
- Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.
- Co-ordinate material readiness with Supply Chain team.
- Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
- Prepare data analysis and make decision to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
- Maintain documented information, i.e. production schedule, reports, etc. as necessary.
- Additional task relevant to planning of Flexmodus Sdn Bhd as and when instructed by Planning Manager.

**KEY REQUIREMETNS**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Teknologi Kajang.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
