**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with project and contractual quality requirements.
- Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure their proper implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Carry out inspections for assembly, trackwork and system installation.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards to verify conformance of executed works.
- Document all inspection activities, non-conformances (NCRs), and corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor site activities for compliance with approved method statements, ITPs, and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and third-party inspectors to ensure alignment on quality expectations and inspections.
- Verify the use of approved materials and check equipment calibration certificates.
- Support the preparation of handover packages and final quality documentation.
- Perform all other quality-related tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager or QC Supervisor.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in MRT or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of ITPs, quality standards (ISO 9001, BS/EN/ASTM/IEC), and audit procedures.
- Experience in handling internal and external audits.
- Proficient in quality documentation and use of quality management tools/software.
- Experience in railway system works is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 48 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
