QUALITY INSPECTOR ( INPROCESS)
- Report to QC Executive / Technical Assistant on any matter arise.
- Monitoring of any quality matters during production activities.
- To carryout inprocess inspection for ED coating according to company quality system requirement.
- To carry out ED line setup during initial machine run for confirmation of quality.
- To daily conduct chemical analysis activity ( Pre-Treatment, Ed paint) in accordance with department Standard Operating Procedure.
- To ensure all related standard operation procedure (S.O.P) and limit approved sample display accordingly.
- To monitor sorting/rework activity for in-house rejection/quarantine part.
- To arrange non-conforming goods detected during final inspection to quarantine area an
- To liase with production Supervisor / leader for defect detected during process and come out with countermeasure.
- To assist and monitor the secondary method ( jigging, loading, checking and rework) by operator
- To conduct online inspection for large part ( Perodua part)
- To assist, monitor and highlight any non-conformance issue during final inspection and assembly inspection.
- To liase with Production Supervisor/leader for defect detected during process and comeout with countermeasure
- To assist QC Executive in customer complaint.
- To assist QC Executive for continuous improvement.
- To maintaining daily laboratory operation and safety practice
- To write the daily report in log book.
- To follow daily instruction given.

INJECTION
- Report to QC Executive / Technical Assistant on any matter arise.
- Monitoring of any quality matters during production activities.
- To carryout inprocess inspection for Injection Moulding / Painting according to company quality system requirement.
- To carry out first piece set up during initial product run for confirmation of quality.
- To ensure all related standard operation procedure (S.O.P) and limit approved sample display accordingly.
- To monitor sorting/rework activity for in-house rejection/quarantine part.
- To arrange non-conforming goods detected during final inspection to quarantine area
- To liase with production Supervisor / leader for defect detected during process and come out with countermeasure.
- To assist and monitor the secondary method ( checking, trimming, sanding, polish and masking ) by operator.
- To assist, monitor and highlight any non-conformance issue during final inspection
- To liase with Production Supervisor/Leader for defect detected during process and comeout with countermeasure
- To assist QC Executive in customer complaint.
- To assist QC Executive for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all testing equipment well maintained and keep them it properly after each use.
- To write the daily report in log book.
- To follow daily instruction given.

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
