a Responsible to assist RA Manager ensuring that the QMS is established, documented and maintained. b. Responsible to assist RA Manager to initiate and implement plant wide quality improvement programmed. c. Responsible assist RA Manager to oversee Incoming Quality Control, In-Process Quality & Final Release Inspection d. Responsible to review all packaging artwork to ensure compliance with latest standard requirement. May need to support with minor editing, if requires. e. Responsible to update packaging artwork master list which consist of reference date, revision and SKU. f. Responsible to assist RA Manager for country registration g. Responsible to assist RA Manager to manage the corrective and preventive actions process. h. Responsible to control, maintain and update the controlled documents of MAXVUE. i. Responsible to be one of internal auditor and assisting RA Manager on internal audit reporting. j. Responsible for the verification of scrap materials. k. Responsible to collect data for Post Market Surveillance, which includes customer feedback/ surveys, vigilance reporting ect l. Responsible to do technical sheet following orders from customer. m. Able to communicate with other team members to solve problems and following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes were found. n. Able to accept other responsibility as assigned by management
