The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Affairs Manager to lead the company's communications, stakeholder engagement, and corporate governance initiatives.

This role works closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership to enhance the company's brand reputation, strengthen government and industry relations, and ensure corporate compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate communications and branding strategies.
  • Manage media relations, public statements, and executive communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies (e.g. MDEC, MOF, LHDN, SSM, Peppol Authority) and industry associations.
  • Represent the company at official meetings, industry forums, and partner events.
  • Oversee corporate governance documents, board papers, and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate CSR activities, stakeholder events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support leadership in policy advocacy, grants, and incentive applications.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Law.
  • 6–8 years' experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or corporate affairs role.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian corporate, government, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Confident, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strategic, well-organized, and people-oriented leader.
