Job Description**:
Summary:
Reduces past-due receivable balances, identify the issues and provide resolution. Review outstanding invoices and organize collection activities - including weekly meetings with organization. Provide detailed goals and objectives for staff and monitor performance based on defined schedules and time-lines.
- Support, as deemed necessary, the function of internal and external financial reporting.
- Maintains of general ledger chart of accounts and accounting tables within financial system.
- Responsible for inventory reporting and reconciliation of stock status.
- Recommends and oversees the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.
- Primary administrator on ROI system from the accounting department.
- Use a broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles to provide accounts receivable information and controls for receivable balances, labor, inventories, and work-in-process.
- Analyze payroll and accounts receivable, participate in monthly financial closings, facilitate collection activities and supervise staff.
- Use a knowledge of credit determination with company policies and business practices to approve, maintain or extend terms or credit for all customers on a timely basis
- Assign limits and terms to new orders or new customers using credit checks, history, references, and discussion with sales organization
- Maintain current information on customer master files such as; holds, terms, and credit ratings
- Perform other duties as requested or necessary to meet business conditions and changes
- Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

Requirement**:

- Education Background : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Require Skill:

- Ability to reconcile A/R refund and suspense account monthly
- Good PC skills including MS Excel
- Self-Starter
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong organizational skills
- **Other Language**:
Mandarin, English
