Account Officer/ Assistant Account Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the general function of Account Payable
- Responsible for bookkeeping process for daily transaction
- To update and keeping track of all payments, Invoices & Creditor Statements
- Responsible for receiving and verifying overseas / local supplier invoices related Account Payables
- Prepare and /or estimate monthly payment transaction for Account Payable
- To ensure Purchase invoices attached with all supporting documents (i.e. Delivery order, Packing List, K2 form)
- To reconcile / check purchase invoices with delivery order and purchase request. (i.e. Related Parties transactions)
- Liaise and communicate with local suppliers related pending / discrepancies issues towards invoices
- Assist to keep proper bookkeeping records and filling systems
- Prepare / submission of quarterly Sales & Service Tax (SST) report
- Assisting in monthly account closing
- Perform ad-hoc tasks when assigned by immediate Supervisor and Manager
- Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters
**Job Requirements**:
- LCCI/Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent field
- 1 year of working experience within Account Payable and general accounting
- General knowledge of journal entries of bookkeeping for accounting
- Computer literate for Microsoft Office (i.e. Microsoft Excel)
- Able to work under tight deadline, meticulous, proactive, multitask with minimum supervision
- Good working attitude, communication skills and team player
- Required Language: English & Malay
- Permanent job and preferable can start work immediately
- Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply
