**Role Description**

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented **Admin cum Account** staff to manage daily administrative tasks and support the finance function. The role involves handling office operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in accounting duties to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as staff attendance, leave records, and payroll documentation.
- Support management in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
- Assist in daily accounting operations (SQL).
- Prepare and issue invoices and payment vouchers.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with accounting standards.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (SQL, UBS, AutoCount, or equivalent).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
