**Location**:Juru (Seberang Perai, Penang)
**Job Description: -**
- **Comes with commission**:
- Contacting existing customers whose motor vehicle insurance policies are nearing expiration
- Addressing any questions or concerns raised by customers
- Implementing strategies to retain existing customers and build long-term relationships
- Cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products or services to customers
- Comply with the latest insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Achieving targets set
- Preparation of full set of accounts, GL, AP, & AR accounts reconciliation
- Preparing timely and accurate accounting report submission
**Requirement: -**
- Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma / Degree in relevant field
- Has around 3-5 years of customer service and accounting experience
- Relevant work experience in Automotive industry / Retail & Distribution sector is an added advantage
- Able to communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders
- Able to work independently, be a team player and a multi-tasker
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
