**1.0 Job Responsibilities**:

- Expense Review and Reimbursement Management
- Review expense reimbursement documents (e.g., travel, entertainment, and office expenses) submitted by various departments to ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and approval procedures.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Timely entry of expense vouchers, with proper classification and allocation by department/project to ensure accurate and transparent records.
- Manage the provision and amortization of prepaid and deferred expenses in line with accrual accounting principles.
- Regularly clear prepaid accounts and track any abnormal balances.
- Asset Accounting and Classification
- Review asset purchase contracts and acceptance documents; confirm the original value of assets according to accounting standards (e.g., capitalization rules) and categorize them in the Oracle system.
- Asset Inventory and Verification
- Organize annual or quarterly fixed asset inventories; reconcile records with physical items, prepare inventory reports, and resolve discrepancies such as surplus, loss, or scrapping. Assign responsibility and adjust records as necessary.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Guide employees in completing reimbursement forms in compliance with relevant policies and answer questions related to expenses.
- Collaborate with the budgeting team to monitor departmental expense execution and provide early warnings for potential overspending.

**2.0 Requirements & Qualification**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards (e.g., expense recognition principles) and tax regulations (e.g., income tax deduction criteria), or 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.); experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage (for communication with counterparts in China).
- Excellent communication skills; able to use Chinese as a working language and clearly explain financial regulations to encourage cross-departmental cooperation.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
