Accounts Assistant

Job Description:
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Process all invoices and payments received
- Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of proposed payment run
- Assist day to day accounting operations
- Perform filing, keep record and documents filing
- Perform any other duties & task by the Management
- Manage credit card advice and recon
Requirements / Qualifications / What we need from you
- Education Level : Diploma or Degree in Accounting and any relevant field
- Years of Experience : 2 years and above
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience with accounts payable processes
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office & Excel
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties & strong attention to detail and accuracy & as part of a team
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
- Applicant must be willing to work in Bukit Tengah, Bukit Mertajam
- 5 days of work per week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
