At Katalon,** Finance & Accounting department** is responsible for acquiring, managing, and planning the expenditure of funds on various assets. Our team ensures efficient financial management and financial control necessary to support all business activities of Katalon.

We are building a high-performing Finance & Accounting team with members having strategic focus, always looking to improve efficiency, and taking a holistic view.

As **an A/R Collections Specialist**, your mission is including but is not limited to:

- Responsible for account receivables (AR), billing, and revenues recognition;
- Accountable for Katalon US entity (Katalon Inc.) on:

- Maintaining the billing system;
- Generating invoices and account statements;
- Performing account reconciliations;
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records;
- Assisting in responding to customer inquiries/ questions;
- Prepare a weekly AR aging report, highlight major collection problems, and take actions for overdue amounts;
- Follow and improve collection procedure;
- Reconcile the account receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve client billing issues;
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries in terms of account receivables and revenues.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-year experience in billing & collections, account receivables (AR), or similar roles;
- Bachelor's degree or above with major in Accounting or Finance;
- Excellent command of English in both verbal and written skills, especially in a global business environment;
- An ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a fast-paced tech startup environment;
- An ability to prioritize and manage expectations of stakeholders;
- Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a solid business mindset.
