Responsible to coordinate a smooth service operational process to ensure sales & service objectives are achieved.
- Responsible to cooperate and communicate with customers, co-workers, supervisors and other departments to continuously improve customer service.
- Responsible to communicate and provide instructions to our Service teams - the drivers and technicians on their work schedules / routes based on our agreed Sales Orders.
- Responsible for the daily/weekly/monthly Service reports as per requested by the Management.
- Responsible to monitor the Sales Connection app and other related service & sales monitoring systems.
- Assist to provide back-up when required for the Services Department i.e. customer meeting and site visits.
- Coordinate the sales team to ensure they meet their sales plans & targets, sales reports are submitted on time & sales meetings are held weekly.
- Manage & monitor the Sales Connection app & provide weekly reporting to the Management on sales performance.
- Ensure all sales related documentation are in place and filed accordingly.
- Ensure all related sales processes are adhered to by the team.
- Provide sales related training whenever required.
- Attend sales visit and meeting with customer as per requested.
- Ensure all desludging records from the operation team for HQ are collected, compiled, and documented accurately within the given timeline.
- Include Monthly Service Reports for Kuantan Office: service team work schedule, types of desludging services, quantity of services for the month, and the operations personnel in charge.
- Any other tasks as requested by the Management.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
