About the role
This is a full-time opportunity to join YS AUTOWORLD SDN. BHD. as a Sales Admin (Proton Authorized Dealer) based in Kuantan, Pahang. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient and seamless operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handling customer inquiries and providing information about Proton vehicles and services
- Assisting the sales team with processing sales orders, contracts and related documentation
- Maintaining up-to-date customer records and database management
- Coordinating with the delivery and logistics team to ensure timely vehicle deliveries
- Generating sales reports and providing administrative support for marketing activities
- Handling petty cash, invoicing and other general administrative duties
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
