**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:Greet customers warmly and provide personalized beauty consultations to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- **Product Knowledge**:Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product offerings, and techniques. Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, fragrance, and other beauty categories.
- **Sales Support**:Drive sales by offering product recommendations and up-selling relevant products to customers. Achieve personal and team sales targets.
- **Customer Engagement**:Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported with their beauty needs.
- **Visual Merchandising**:Help with the presentation of products on the sales floor, ensuring displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking, and help maintain an accurate inventory of products.
- **Promotions and Events**:Participate in promotional activities, in-store events, and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and engage with existing ones.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
