Beauty Centre Manager

**SUMMARY**
Accountable for day to day operations in the centre in order to achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators as set by company. Collaborate and communicate with other departments to enforce company’s core values and make sure goals are achieve and customer’s needs are satisfied and met.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Sales Performance and Management**
- In-charge of centre’s sales and performance; ensure that the assigned Company’s goals are met.
- Work closely with Area Manager/ Sales Manager/ Chief Strategy Officer in achieving sale goals by review costs and budget for centre.
- Monitor and control outlet operational expenses within budgeted ratios.
- Work closely with Marketing department to propose ideas and suggestions for advertising, sales campaigns and promotional events to raise public awareness and visibility of centre and its treatment to generate sales and increase memberships.
- Ensure promotion mechanics are effectively and accurately implemented at the centre.
- Ensure products and packages are merchandised according to the company’s standard.
- Assign sales target to team members with clear communication and understanding.
- Manage and monitor the sales performance of promotion / event booth that is held at the mall or outlet.
- Hold regular staff meeting to keep staffs update on target and daily achievement / shortfall, on-going promotions, product and packages and centre procedures and policy. Provide encouragement to improve staff productivity to achieve the sales target.
- Compile all relevant reports (manual or system) for submission to relevant departments on timely manner and accurately.
**Customer Experience / Customer Satisfaction**
- Responsible to achieve and maintain customer experience rate at the optimum level as per KPI set by the Company.
- Ensure all Laser Specialist is well groomed and well trained with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform treatment and provide consultation / solution to customers.
- Ensure all Laser Specialist is able to provide quality customer experience according to company’s standard.
- Interact and develop good relationship with customers so that customers satisfaction and retention rate is improved from time to time.
- Handle customers complaints and listen with some feedback so as to improve the service level. Address and make every attempt to resolve the issue.
- Regularly update Area Manager / Sales Manager about the status of customers’ complaint.
- Greet customers when customer enter the centre, making eye contact and showing genuine interest in their beauty care needs. Talk to customers with a friendly tone and engagement them in conversation.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and current customers and any other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 10 years of retail/salon sales experience or 2 years experience in aesthetic or beauty industry.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Required skills(s): aesthetic and beauty services, personal care, customer service
- Good team player with good communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated and hardworking
- Pleasant personality, sociable and optimistic
- Good in people management
- Sales oriented and customer focused
- Possess coaching and mentoring skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
