Hebe Beauty is an international cosmetic company, currently there are 4 brands that are under us which include: Y.O.U, Barenbliss, Dazzle Me and Lavojoy. We have operations in multiple countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and China.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop monthly brand IMC plans and organize the planning and execution of both online and offline marketing activities to ensure the brand's impact and effective user conversion.
- Provide innovative communication solutions, exploring more marketing ideas, new channels, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize innovative marketing ideas and techniques, with a focus on FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry experience.
- Manage and cultivate teams responsible for KOL management, social media, design, and media buying within the brand department. Also, conduct regular work audits to ensure the timely delivery and quality of monthly marketing plans.
- Handle external communication and maintain cooperative relationships with news media, industry peers, and other partners to advance brand collaborations.
- Maintain communication with the online and offline sales teams to ensure their understanding and cooperation with marketing plans.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand strategy and marketing, with team management experience.
- Show a passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, and possess knowledge of the Malaysian beauty market.
- Demonstrate team management skills, having previously led a team of at least 5 individuals.
- Possess a wealth of local marketing resources, including media and influencer relationships, as well as supplier resources.
- Strong brand management and resource integration skills, excellent project coordination abilities, sound logical analysis, insights, and data analysis capabilities, as well as proficient writing skills.
- Positive work attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
