We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Digital Marketing Specialist who is a fluent speaker of Vietnamese to join our team. As a Social Media Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our brand's online presence, developing and implementing effective social media strategies, and driving engagement to maximize brand awareness and customer acquisition.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand's overall marketing and business goals. Conduct market research to identify customer demographics, interests, and behaviors to optimize marketing efforts. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and platform updates to drive innovative marketing strategies.

2. Content Creation: Create engaging Vietnamese-language content tailored for various social media platforms,Develop a content calendar that ensures regular posting and interaction with the target audience. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and infographics to enhance engagement.

3. Community Management: Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful connections with the brand's online community by engaging in conversations, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues.

4. Influencer Marketing: Identify and build relationships with Vietnamese-speaking influencers, bloggers, and industry experts to amplify brand reach and enhance credibility. Collaborate with influencers to create and promote content that aligns with the brand's image and messaging. Track and analyze influencer performance and provide recommendations for future collaborations.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report key metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and campaigns. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

6. Paid Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms targeting Vietnamese-speaking audiences. Optimize campaigns based on performance data, ensuring maximum return on ad spend.

**Requirements**:
1. Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Proven experience as a Social Media Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably within the Vietnamese market.

3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

4. Proficient in content creation and copywriting in Vietnamese.

6. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with online communities effectively.

8. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights.

9. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.

10. Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
