Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.
What will I be doing?
1. Perform daily auditing on the internal system;
2. Provide analysis of errors and feedback to the respective team;
3. Work with training team to align policy understanding of QA and labelers;
4. Provide support on Policy/Quality related questions on an ad-hoc basis;
5. Responsible for guiding new joiners in order to achieve ramp-up target;
6. Work closely with the business team in order to provide feedback on quality;
7. Identify potential errors in policy and correct them in time;
8. Conduct quality meetings with the team to analyze errors;
9. Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.
**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred;
2. Minimum 1-year working experience in text editing work with good reading and writing skills, be able to distinguish sentence type, text type, and writing styles;
3. Experience in AI model labeling/ journalist/news or social media industries will be an added advantage;
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and consistently;
5. Possesses clear logic and good structure in information generation;
6. Be capable of sorting, analyzing, and re-organizing authentic information from online sources;
7. Be capable of identifying contents that can obviously or potentially cause user damage.
8. Be fluent in the language and understand the nuances of the target language, having a good sense of emerging trends, news, slang, and emojis of social media.
