**Responsibilities**:

Your Primary Responsibilities, But Not Limited To
- Come up the in-App/platform promotion (engagement) idea to convert users to the next action, eg. register the trading account, fund the trading account, and follow the trading opportunities
- Must work on all the logic and T&C for Promotions, and work with Stakeholder, through-out
- Activate the promotions with other departs and launch by regions to region and globally.
- Ensure the content, design and communication journey stay relevant, up to date and align with all relevant legal and compliance requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaign communications and collateral e.g., EDM, SMS, Google Services, and App push-notification and work with another team.
- Cooperate with the digital team to advertise the promotion / engagement idea to a wide range of digital channel to acquire the potential users to download the App, and invest on ZFX platform web/App
- Work closely with the key stakeholder groups to deliver more effective, integrated, and efficient marketing programs for the business market

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience working in promotion design and execution.
- Proven record of accomplishment working across multiple promotion campaigns and delivering actual results such as increasing ROI and lowering CPAs.
- Have a good understanding about CFDs (Contract for Differences) business.
- The ability to confidently communicate campaign objectives, results, timelines and deliverables to client and internal teams.
- Have a performance-driven mindset and attitude.
- Must be able to handle Stakeholder.
- Must have experience in FX, and Market analysis.
- Able to identify, Technical and Sentimental analysis within ZFX Clients and traders through-out.
- Be efficient, organized and task oriented.
- Able to communicate English fluently
- Position to be based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
