**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Assist Production Manager to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the productivity.
- Monitor daily production output, machine downtime, line rejection wastage and handle production improvement activity
- Prepare production plan based on daily schedule provided, arrange priority, monitor progress & production schedule
- Ensure the team to follow company policy and other regulatory requirements
- Monitoring and keep up of the conditions of the production machinery
- Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time
- Experienced in upkeeping certification related documents and procedures such as Halal, ISO, HACCP and other regulatory requirements
- Continuously improve and maintain product quality.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of working experience.
- Lead a team of production workers, ensuring products are manufactured according to the production schedule, cost, quality and yield standard.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records that remain traceable
- Knowledge of process flow and work study flow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills and personality.
- Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia for both spoken and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
