**Data-Driven and Analytical Decision Making**
- Autonomously analyzes situations and data to guide decision-making.
- Proficient at reviewing and utilizing data provided by Data Analysts to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Compare, evaluate, and make recommendations for improvements based on data-driven conclusions.

**Stakeholder Focus**
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and prioritize features according to business goals.
- Effectively translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable feature requirements for the development team.
- Ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and product delivery.
- Stay informed about current market trends and competitor activities to make informed product decisions.

**Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle**
- Prepare and document feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure clarity of requirements and smooth execution throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Understand and utilize drivers for improving the customer experience, translating these into prioritized product features.
- Leverage project management tools to coordinate feature development activities and ensure quality and timely delivery based on the Agile methodology.
- Identify and evaluate third-party tools to enhance new initiatives.
- Participate in and contribute to process improvement activities across the product development lifecycle.

**Technical Skills**
- Strong grasp of technology, with experience working on digital and online solutions/products.
- Adept at working with SAAS solutions, including CRM, messaging, automation tools, and reporting systems.
- Familiar with technical requirements gathering and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of legal and business information content and data, with the ability to identify technology challenges.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2 - 4 years of product ownership or similar roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, document, and communicate feature requirements for development teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to modify or maintain a product and identify technology challenges.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Graduate-level degree in law, business, finance, or other relevant disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
