We're looking for a project coordinator - but we're looking for someone who's more than just the person who assigns tasks to team members. We're looking for someone that thrives on structure and precision. Someone who can pay close attention to the smallest details while keeping an eye on the big picture.

Your role would be to understand project requirements and translate them into individual tasks to be assigned to team members. You'll need to make sure that the project is completed on time and within budget. You will be the glue that keeps our projects and teams together, and making sure that we turn our ideas into reality.

- **Project Management**: You will manage our projects with a steady hand, and make sure every detail is accounted for. From timelines to budgets, your organization skills keep everything aligned and on track. You will also be managing our tasks and backlog on JIRA.
- **Communication**: Precise communication where you make sure everyone on the team understands the project with no ambiguity. You'll also communicate with the product owner on the status and progress of the project.
- **Requirements Gathering**: You will gather requirements from the relevant stakeholders and plan technical deliverables for your development team.
- **Proactive Problem Solving**: Problems will come up in projects. You will be addressing these issues to make sure our projects stay on track and in the green.
- **Software Testing**: You will coordinate QA testing of our projects with QA team members to make sure that our development is correct as per requirements before our product goes live.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organization skills - staying on top of what needs to be done and what is already completed
- Attention to details
- Being able to see the big picture - the overall goal we're trying to achieve with the app we're building

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
