**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage client projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and detailed project timeline that merge client requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Analyse the project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to digital marketing performance to identify areas for improvement for client.
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, team lead/ head of division, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.
- Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with client and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Inspire juniors and train the next person.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 3 year(s) of work experience in related field (Digital Marketing, Data Science, Marketing, Information Technology).
- Experience in Tech background or Digital Performance will be an added value.
- Experience in Python. Knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, and other ML tools will be of added value.
- Experienced in Shell Script, Linux Configuration, MySQL, and NoSQL. Knowledge of AWS S3, FTP, and Microsoft SQL will be of added value.
- Very good analytical skills and a creative mind.
- Proactive, initiative, resourceful, innovative and good in multi-tasking.
- Strong team player who is collaborative and also able to carry out tasks independently and deliver timely results.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.
- A keen eye for detail to manage large accounts and is performance-driven.
- Proficiency in one or more Asian Languages is a plus (Chinese, Bahasa Melayu).

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM5,000 - RM7,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
B-2-5, Pacific Place Commercial Center,
Jalan PJU 1A/4, Ara Damansara,
47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
