Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
  • Answer phone calls, respond to Whatsapp messages, and handle client inquiries with efficiency and courtesy
  • Assist veterinarians with various tasks, including animal restraint, administering medication, and providing basic care
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area and throughout the clinic
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in animal care or customer service is an advantage, but not required—training will be provided
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for animal health and welfare
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with animals of all sizes and temperaments (including when it gets dirty)
  • Ability to multitask between reception duties and assisting in the clinic
