Are you passionate about animals and interested in a career that allows you to make a difference in their lives? Look no further Our clinic is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Veterinary Clinic Receptionist cum Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to Whatsapp messages, and handle client inquiries with efficiency and courtesy
- Assist veterinarians with various tasks, including animal restraint, administering medication, and providing basic care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area and throughout the clinic
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or similar environment preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with animals of all sizes and temperaments

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
