This role offers an excellent opportunity for **fresh graduates**or **professionals** early in their careers to gain hands-on experience and develop their **expertise** in sales and marketing. Under the **mentorship of experienced leaders**, you will participate in real-world projects, engage with clients, and contribute to the company’s growth.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in product launches, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **What We’re Looking For**:_
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
