About the Company

Looking to start your career in the automotive industry? Join us as a Junior Sales Executive (Sales Trainee) — where you'll learn the ropes of sales, dealer networking, and market development in the tire business. You'll be guided by experienced mentors and get real-world exposure to how the industry works.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to promote and introduce our tire products to tyre dealers and fleet end users (Indirect Channel).
  • Assist in building and maintaining good relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Support dealer visits with your supervisor to understand market needs and customer feedback.
  • Help collect and organize market & tyre performance information such as pricing, competitor products, and tyre millage performance.
  • Support marketing and sales events, roadshows, or promotional activities.
  • Prepare simple reports and assist in day-to-day sales coordination work.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers get the right products and service support.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Required Skills

  • Passionate about cars, truck, tires, and the automotive industry.
  • Friendly personality with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and positive attitude toward challenges.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within assigned areas.
  • Fresh graduates and final-year students (interns) are encouraged to apply.

  • On-the-job training with guidance from experienced mentors.
  • Exposure to real sales and dealer management experience.
