Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Trainee located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Marketing Trainee will assist in developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and enhancing client brand outreach. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, implementing effective sales techniques, and participating in team training sessions. The trainee will also assist in sales coordination and contribute to sales management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to learn and apply effective Sales and Training techniques
  • Familiarity with Sales Management principles
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and team-focused attitude
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is an advantage but not required
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent
