**Position Overview**:
We are looking for proactive and driven fresh graduates to join our SHE Protégé Program. This program offers a structured learning experience within our Safety, Health & Environment department, providing exposure to key SHE functions and initiatives that align with regulatory standards and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in implementing and monitoring workplace safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Support the development and execution of SHE training and awareness programs for employees.
- Participate in incident investigations and contribute to the preparation of detailed reports and recommendations.
- Assist in compiling, analyzing, and maintaining SHE data and documentation for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address SHE-related issues and foster a culture of safety.
- Support the implementation of environmental sustainability initiatives to reduce the company's ecological footprint.
- Stay updated on current SHE regulations and industry best practices to recommend improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Fresh graduates** with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Safety, Health, and Environmental practices within the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of SHE principles, regulations, and management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Program Duration**:

- **12 months**
