  • Incident investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and workplace-related diseases to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Training and promotion: Develop and deliver training programs and educational materials to promote a culture of safety and awareness among employees.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing SHE policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on incidents, inspections, and compliance, often submitting them to management or regulatory authorities.
  • Environmental monitoring: Monitor and manage environmental factors, including sanitation and waste management, to ensure compliance with environmental laws.
